As we all know,it is important for us to keep healthy.But how to keep fit?
First,we should eat healthy food,such as fruit,vegetables and so on.We'd better not eat junk food,which is bad for our health.Second,doing sports is necessary for us.We can jog or play ball games.Sports exercise can make us feel relaxed and energetic.Then we can pay more attention to what the teacher say in class.Last,it is quite necessary for us to have a good living habit.We should go to bed early and get up early.
