1.I的所有格为my.
2.a, an, this, that +名词+of +名词性物主代词,构成双重所有格。
更押韵点而已.

而trouble is my friend只是单单阐述了麻烦是我的朋友
至于歌曲，很有可能是作者为了追求歌词对称或押韵等目标。更或者，作者本身想说明的就是“麻烦是我的朋友之一”而不是“麻烦是我的朋友”

一般只有在强调朋友这个身份的时候才会用 my friend
