like是谓语动词food是宾语.句中没有并列连词,不可能再出现第二个谓语is made.made by my mother 是过去分词短语作后置定语.相当于which/that is made by my mother.关系代词引导定语从句时,在从句中作宾语可省,这里是作主语,不能省.
I like the food (which is ) made by my mother.
这里，把 which is 省略了

如果要选B，则应该是i like the food that is made by my mother.这样就构成了定语从句，that在从句中作主语，选A只是作定语，限定这个the food.

A，定语从句引导词在从句中充当主语的话，是不能省略的。

选A，made by my mother 是作food 的定语，解释为我妈咪做的食物
