原题为被动语态,改回主动就会一目了然：

1）believe sb.to do sth.（认为某人会做某事）的句式,其中不定式是宾语补足语；改为被动即为 sb.is believed to do sth.,不定式变成主语补足语.
2）think of doing sth.考虑做某事
3）to be thinking of doing sth.（不定式的进行时态）要考虑着做某事.
