The abuse of private rights calls for public culture, which I firmly believe is sill alive and well in some parts of the world, not a thing of the past. No public culture ruling private conduct is no guarantee of everyone ’s legal rights. Would you like live in a messy society suffusing quarrels and battles?
For me, the answer is no. How can we establish a sound public culture? I think two steps should be adopted.(后文省略）
