下面中文我试着翻译了一下,请高人修改,由于这是学术方面的论文摘要,所以希望用一些比较专业的词汇.
本论文的目的是在为了提高森林管理水平而导入的森林认证推进政策下,选择三个调查地,对于各个森林经营单位职员的认证意愿进行研究.结果显示,认证后带来效果,但是认证意愿较低.认证意愿被5个因素影响,分别是认证动机,执行力,认证效果,FSC本身存在的问题,还有中国森林经营水平与FSC的差距.最后我建议,建立起有效提高认证意愿的培训机制非常有必要.
This research is promoted under the policy adopted for the forest certification which purpose is to improve forest management standards.The purpose is to understand the certificate will of stuff in certificated forest management unit.Taking place in 3 forest unit with different certificate purpuse.The Results show that ,there are some effects after certificate,but the will is low,which is greatly influenced by five points:the reason,the action,the effect,the problem of FSC,the diffrences between china forest management and FSC certificate standard.AT last I suggest that a training system must be established,which will enrise the will of certificate.
