It is necessary to keep a balanced diet if you want to keep healthy.You'd better eat enough vegatables which contain rich vitamin, proper meat is needed,too. Avoid fried or toasted food.It is important to do regular exercises, such as running or playing badminton. Keeping high mood is good for mentally health. We should renew our spirits and release our stress, so that we can have a good attitude towards life. Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy. There are many kinds of sports that I enjoy, such as swimming, running, and dancing. However, the sport that I like most is basketball. When I was in junior high, I started to play basketball in school. At that time, I found I had loved deeply this sport.Every morning, before having my breakfast, I go to the garden in the neighborhood with my father to stretch ourselves. That has refreshed my mind and has given me a great morning. In the afternoon, my friends and I always go to the playground playing games, basketball (badminton) and so on. To enjoy our beautiful life, we must be bound to keep healthy.
