我喜欢的水果是西瓜,在台湾主要的产地是在中南部,西瓜有黄的和红的!我比较喜欢红的,因为红的西瓜比较甜.西瓜尝起来像冰沙,因为它水份很多,在夏天吃很清凉.当然西瓜汁我也很喜欢~

My favorite fruit is watermelon.Watermelons are mainly produced in the central and southern part of Taiwan.There are yellow and red watermelons.I like the red ones better,because they are usually sweeter.Watermelon sometimes tastes like smoothie (冰沙),because it's very watery.Eating watermelon cools you down during summer.Of course,I like watermelon juice as well.

你自己写的已经很好了!基本上都很正确,文法上也没有多大错误,只是最后几句更简洁、流畅,我试改如下：
My favorite fruit is watermelon.Watermelons are mainly produced in the central and southern parts of Taiwan.There are yellow and red watermelons.I like the red ones more because they are usually sweeter.Watermelon sometimes tastes like smoothie for its juiciness.Eating watermelon can always cool me down during the summer time.Of course,I like the watermelon juice as well.
