这个句子可以写成这样三个单句：
1) He is the person.
2) I've ever met the person.
3) The person could do it.
现在把这三个单句组成了一个含有两个定语从句的复合句.也可以写成这样：
He is the person__（whom)__I've ever met (the person) __who__could do it.
第二句中的 the person 作 met 的宾语,现在的复合句中,I've ever met 来修饰第一个句子中的 the person,用 whom 连接,但在定语从句中,作宾语用的whom 往往是可以省略的.
而第三个句子中的 the person 是主语,整个句子用来修饰第二个句子中的 the person,在复合句中,取掉第三句中的 the person,用 who 连接.

两个并列的定语从句，前一个的指示代词可以省略，后一个不能省略。
