意思是一样的,都是“一……就”,用法上有很大区别,No sooner一般要用倒装句,而且时态也是有要求的no sooner一般后面用过去完成时,than后面用一般过去式,
He had no sooner come than she left.（=No sooner had he came than she left)

as soon as 时态没什么具体要求
She left as soon as he had come

前者用过去完成时态。放在句首用倒装。如：
