这道题应该选C,其实其他几位说的都对,但我记得我上初中的时候外面上新概念的老师是这么讲解的：现在完成时+since+一般过,你看你给出的例句明显就是这个格式.
再看when,其实when就是“当...的时候”,只要放句子里读的通,且这句句子也没有特别强调时间的先后时,一般都可以使用啊.可以是一般过+when+一般过,也可以是过去进行时+when+一般过等等的形式.
before就是“在...之前”的意思.具体到语法里一般就是过去完成时+before+一般过的句型了,after也是同样的道理,主要还是要看翻译成中文后,符合逻辑即可.
