continue+ doing是指继续做某事,是指做刚才在做的事情,如：
Class begins,let's continue learning lesson 1.这里是说第一课,上节课上了,这节课继续上的意思.
continue + to do是指停下某事,继续做另一件事.如：
Class is over,let's continue to do some execrise.这里是停下上课,继续做练习.
continue+ with sth 意思和上面两种一样,既可是是指继续做某事,又可以是指停下某事,继续做另一件事.例句的话就是把上面两句的doing 和to do改成with 就可以了

一般没有太大区别，但是如果continue用了进行时，那么就只能用to do,不用doing以避免重复如：I was continuing to write a letter
1）加to do, 表示继续做不同的事情。比如After having a good rest, I continue to walk.休息完后继续走。（在这里，“走”跟“休息”是不同的事情）
2）加doing, 则表示继续做同一件事前。
